Randall Munroe, once again.
I do this, but rarely with numbers. Much more often with theory. It's an unnerving thing when you find yourself distancing yourself from a crowd and dwelling on thoughts of madness and Jung's visions of blood filling the Swedish valleys. But usually it's just like this... no matter how much I care about people, social engagements are usually "work" and sitting on my floor surrounded by books is relaxing. People are work that I love but they're still work.
And man, do I need a job.
So far, though, it's just been busywork, which is no fun for anyone.
